The Mind Body Spirit Festival returns to Birmingham’s NEC on Friday, November 13, 2026, for three days of spirituality and self-discovery. The event falls during a period when witchcore aesthetics dominate fashion runways and screen adaptations like Practical Magic 2 bring Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman back into the spotlight. Organisers note that social platforms like #WitchTok are also attracting a new generation of people interested in the craft.

A Magical Line-Up of Speakers and Performers

Best-selling author and WitchTok content creator Lilly Statham, known as Mystic Primrose, will lead a main stage session on simple rituals and manifesting techniques. Author Sarah Robinson, host of the Witch Country podcast and a yoga teacher, will teach a class titled “yoga for witches” in the Wellbeing Studio. Julie, The Coventry Witch, is offering a workshop on protective herbal magick, while The Druid Witch Holly is conducting a masterclass on using crystals for energy shielding.

Beyond the witch-themed offerings, the festival features speakers from various wellness disciplines. Poppy Delbridge, creator of Rapid Tapping and a former TV executive, will demonstrate how to clear stress and stuck energy patterns from the nervous system. Katie Brindle, a Forbes-listed Chinese medicine expert whose clients include TV presenters Fearne Cotton and Emma Forbes, will teach techniques to stimulate circulation and calm the nervous system. BBC Breakfast star Dr Helen Wall will discuss the relationship between female hormones and the ADHD brain, while psychologist Steve Taylor will explore the spirituality behind the Beatles’ creativity.

The main stage will again be hosted by BBC West Midlands presenter Mollie Green. Spiritual musician and former X Factor star Matreya is set to perform his latest music.

Activities for Families and Visitors

The Enchanted Corner is a new area designed for children. Curated by oracle deck creator Karen Kay, the attraction includes mindfulness sessions, baby sensory activities with mermaids, arts and crafts, and story time. The festival also offers a range of additional experiences, such as sound baths in the Oasis of Sound, guided ceremonies in the Ceremony Space, and 1-1 guidance from the Crystal Clear Psychics circle. Visitors can browse books by authors present at the event and shop from over 125 independent vendors in the Wellbeing Market.

Attendees can expect to hear torrid tales of the supernatural during this one-off event.

A Midlife Wisdom Stage is available for talks on women’s health and menopause. The Wellbeing Market features over 125 independent vendors selling innovative wellness solutions. Drawing on decades of work helping people change their lives, Paul – who has sold more than 10 million books and is known as one of ‘the World’s most important modern self-help gurus’ – will guide ticket holders through practical techniques to quiet negative thinking, build self-belief, and create real motivation for what comes next. Tickets for the event begin at £18 plus booking fees. The festival concludes with a 90-minute workshop led by Paul McKenna on Saturday. This concludes the three-day program at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham.
